Signing in
Enter your email address and password
Click ‘sign in’
You will then be taken to the MyGuru homepage.
Forgot password
If you have forgotten your password when trying to log in, simply:
Click ‘forgot password’ at the bottom of the login screen.
You will then be prompted to enter your email address which will send you a verification code to reset your password.
Click ‘send email verification code’
Enter the 6-digit code
Click ‘verify’ or (‘resend code’ if you have not received the email)
Enter your new password and confirm new password
Click ‘continue’
You will then be prompted to sign in with your email address and new password.
Change Password
You can change your password when you’re already logged in to your account.
Head to the ‘☰’ menu in the top right corner
Click ‘change password’
You will then be taken to the password prompt screen
Enter old password
Enter new password
Confirm new password
Click 'save changes'
